DELIVERY POLICY
At Bummies and Tummies, we aim to get your customized products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Customized or made-to-order items may take longer, and youll be informed about the expected dispatch time at checkout.
  • Shipping Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Partners: We work with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or public holidays.

Important Note:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays or result in additional charges.

REFUND POLICY
Since most of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.

However, refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • The product you received does not match your confirmed customization details.

To request a refund, please email us at info@bummiesandtummies.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear pictures of the product and packaging.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or customized.
  • To cancel your order, please email us at ________________ with your order number.
  • After 24 hours or once customization work has started, we will not be able to cancel or modify the order.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Products bought during sales, promotions, or discount offers are not eligible for refunds or cancellations unless defective.
  • Minor color variations or slight design differences are part of the customization process and will not be considered valid reasons for refund or replacement.
